Mr. Simpson has been helping people hear better for over 15 years. His experience as a business owner and trainer gives him unique insight on how his office should operate. His primary concern is giving his patients the best hearing they can possibly get with today’s advanced technology. He prides himself on solving challenging hearing losses. Mr. Simpson has been recognized nationwide for his achievements in the hearing aid industry. When not fitting hearing aids, Mr. Simpson enjoys sports and spending time with his family and new baby.
Regional Office Manager
I joined the Starkey HearCare team in 2014 as a Patient Services Coordinator in our Ft Oglethorpe, GA clinic. Since joining Starkey HearCare, I have had the pleasure of seeing patients and teammates lives changed due to better hearing. Because of this I have fallen in love with the hearing industry and am excited about the future of this industry and how it can change people’s lives for the better.
In 2017 I joined the Starkey HearCare leadership team as the Regional
Administrative Manager for our Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee clinics. Since then my role has changed, as I am now the Regional Manager for the Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee clinics.
My husband and I spend our free time on the soccer and softball fields watching our two girls play their favorite sports. If we aren’t on the ball fields, we are home with our 2 dogs, Merlin and Bibb and our cat, Archimedes.
Patient Services Coordinator
Jennifer grew up in Chickamauga Ga, and is still a current resident of North Georgia. Jennifer is new to the hearing aid world but has several years of medical experience. She was a phlebotomist for ten years and she is also an EMT. She has a daughter who loves cheer-leading and swimming and she also raises her nephew who is a typical little boy and doesn’t stop once his feet hit the ground. Jennifer LOVES dogs she has a lab/great dane mix and a St. Bernard. Family is very important to Jennifer and on the weekends that is exactly were she is maybe a movie, the zoo, or even a family trip to Costco.
Jennifer has chosen this new journey eager to save hearing lives.
